Brief Posting Description

This position will require a detailed self-starter to perform high level administrative duties.

Detailed Description

  • Perform routine administrative responsibilities like answering phones, data entry, copying, filing and faxing, computer skills, inclusive of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project planning a plus.

  • Coordinate and execute the day to day office operations.

  • Compiling and reporting production data.

  • Work closely with the field employees.

  • Reconcile invoices through ADP.

  • Process travel requests.

  • Reconcile receipts from purchases for expense reporting.

  • Perform responsibilities within the standard procedures and established policies.

  • Special projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Process oriented individual with the ability to work independently reporting to the Production Superintendent.

  • Proficient ability utilizing spreadsheets (Excel), word processing applications, operating systems, database and communications software programs.

  • Extremely organized individual with the capacity to plan, prioritize and complete multiple projects concurrently.

  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

  • Proven ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal staff and external contacts such as service vendors, independent contractors, state regulators, etc.

  • Energetic self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the flexibility of working extended hours as needed.

Additional Details

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Oil and Gas experience preferred.

  • Minimum of five years administrative experience supporting a large team.

  • Some travel may be required.
